Cross Train with Us
We offer a variety of class types — Strength, Lifting, Sculpt, Mat Pilates, and more — to challenge you in different ways and create a well-rounded fitness program that beats boredom and fights workout fatigue.
Small Classes, Big Attention
Our front-studio classes are capped at 16 people so we can actually see you — correcting form, offering modifications, and giving you progressions to keep you moving forward.
Top-Tier Instructors
It’s no easy feat to earn a spot on the BYKlyn instructor team. We look for real knowledge, years of experience, and instructors who truly care about their clients.
Never Bored
There’s no corporate formula here. Our instructors design and program their own workouts, mixing things up so every class is fresh, fun, and results-driven.
A Real Community
We’ll know your name — and you’ll know your classmates. Those connections are part of our secret sauce: they keep you motivated, push you toward your goals, and make the whole experience a lot more fun.
This open level mat class blends classic Joseph Pilates sequences with contemporary exercises to strengthen your core, sculpt lean muscle and improve flexibility. No prior Pilates experience is necessary.
If your goal is to improve your strength, power and athleticism, then this is your class! Expect a variety of exercises focusing on upper body, core and lower body – always fun with great music. Expect lots of variety: different movements and equipment like dumbells, kettlebells, sandbags, resistance bands, TRX and more. Each class will begin with a dynamic warm up followed by a mat based or curcut workout and end with a cool down to focus on static stretching and recovery.
Sculpt and Stretch is a dynamic fusion of strength training and deep flexibility work designed to tone your muscles while enhancing mobility. This class combines low-impact resistance and isometric exercises with restorative stretching for a balanced, full-body reset.
This is faster paced strength workout. Expect a high-energy mix of dynamic drills, heavy strength sets, and cardio-all set to fire playlists and feel-good vibes. After a dynamic warm up, you'll move to a curcuit of strength and cardio excersizes. The goal is to keep your heart rate up through most of class. End with a cool down and stretch
This 50-minute class alternates between cycling and strength training for a total-body workout. You’ll warm up on the bike, then move between high-energy cycling and muscle-building strength sets on the mat beside your bike. We use equipment like dumbbells, bands, kettlebells, sandbags, and more during the mat segments. This class is rigorours. It’s cardio, strength, intensity and cross train all in one.
