Always with a cycling science foundation to get you stronger class to class and feeling invincable. I've also been known to break out a slick theme ride or two (Game of Thrones, Battle of Bands, Awards Season, and Tour de Brooklyn) 

 

What's your music vibe? Music is the soul of my class. Always beat driven, moving and mind expanding. Love electronic, hip hop, indie rock, house, UK drum and bass and African drums. Always and forevers: Disclosure, Lizzo, A Tribe Called Quest, Beyonce, Prince, Robyn, Fleetwood Mac, Queen. Requests always welcome! 

 

Life beyond BYKlyn:  Working actor, comedienne, writer, and former dancer. Lover of the mountains, lakes, hiking, stand up paddle boarding and the national parks. I am also a certified running coach and Pilates instructor. Passionate about cross training, fitness functionality and moving in ways where you honor your body over your ego.
