An open level mat class blending the classic Joseph Pilates sequences with contemporary exercises to strengthen your core, sculpt lean muscle and improve flexibility. This class is open to all levels of fitness. The workout is challenging and no prior Pilates experience is necessary. We’ll incorporate flows with the foam roller, Pilates balls, magic circles, light weights and other props to increase your mobility and functionality. With consistency, expect to improve posture, enhance body awareness, build strength and become more flexible.
BYKlyn's Strength & Conditioning class stands out as an engaging and comprehensive fitness experience, seamlessly blending various strength-training elements to cater to a wide spectrum of clients. This dynamic session introduces participants to an array of equipment, including weights, TRX suspension trainers, kettlebells, and more. BYKlyn Yoga Fusion combines traditional vinyasa Yoga with poses and exercises focus on balance, bodyweight strength, stretching & mobility. Expect a dynamic warm up, yoga flow, classic postures and poses and a mindful svasana or relaxation to close. This class is perfect for beginners and experienced yogis with modifications offered to accommodate all levels.
HIIT Circuit is a full mind and body workout to build strength, power, and confidence for Every-BODY. Expect rigorous interval training with high-intensity exercises where you will rotate between timed stations, targeting different parts of your body. You will build cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance. Options and modifications will be offered for every class, and you will always be invited to listen to your body and have fun!
30 Bike + 30 Strength is a class that is a great gateway to sampling both of our primary class formats. If new to BYKlyn, new to either one of these formats in general (cycling or strength/conditioning) or if you're looking to shock your body and add variety to your current fitness routine we recommend this class. We begin with a condensed ride on the BYK deck followed by a half-hour full body functional strength training in the front gym utilizing a wide range of equipment.
