What’s your class really like:

My Pilates fusion class touches on every part of the body to both strengthen and stretch for longer leaner muscles. My goal is to make you feel taller and stronger with a solid core and a deeper understanding of the brain body connection. I like to come from a functional foundation with a challenge at every corner!
What’s your music vibe: Groove and Glow with a pop of flair

Favorite part about class:

I love the feeling of camaraderie while people start to take challenges in different positions. We all got this team!

I am also a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant so please feel free to share and ask questions about modifications! I would love to get to know each one of you on and off the mat. Come chat before/after class about any and all, whether that be about a specific injury or a special event in your life!

    An open level mat class blending the classic Joseph Pilates sequences with contemporary exercises to strengthen your core, sculpt lean muscle and improve flexibility.
     
    We’ll incorporate flows with the foam roller, light weights and other props to increase your mobility and functionality. The perfect cross training companion to cycling as its equal parts strength and stretch.
