How many times a week should I take class?
It is completely up to you and your goals! Whether you have time for a few classes a week or few classes a month—we welcome you to come join the fun. Start out with our 2 Week Unlimited to get to know our classes and team. After that, you can keep going with a membership (best deals!) or class packages. The good news is that we have classes throughout the day every day so you find something that works for you.
Our classes are designed to give you just what you’re looking for regardless of whether you’re all about cardio or strength/stretch. We think it’s best to mix it up so you cross train and get it all. Either way, our workouts leave you inspired, challenged and motivated. To keep progressing and improving your health and wellness we recommend a class at least once a week.
The key is to find consistency in the cadence that works for you so you have the ability to stick with a routine that can help you reach and maintain your goals. We’re here to be the team and community to encourage you!

Should I be focusing on exercise that’s cardio, strengthening, or both?
