Meet Master Coach Tuesday Dunn-Blue, head of Personal Training at BYKlyn. 


Coach Tee brings 10+ years of experience plus an unmatched blend of expertise, creativity, and genuine care to the BYKlyn community. She’s a Certified Personal Trainer, Master Health Coach, Nutrition Expert and Group Fitness Instructor. She has worked as a lead Trainer at Pongo Power, Equinox, F-45 and has her own business as a successful personal trainer.


Coach Tee delivers a holistic approach that inspires real progress and transformation. She helps clients unlock their potential through personalized, results-driven strategies. She cuts through misinformation with concise, actionable advice, a focus on macronutrient balance and sustainable habits. 


Coach Tee meets you at your level and pushes you forward: beginners at the start of their fitness journey, those recovering from injury, first time marathoners or experienced athletes aspiring to a personal best.


Outside of the studio, Tuesday fosters rescue dogs, loves travel, and loves her motorcycle! And yes, Tuesday is her real name.

Our trainers begin with a full assessment and detailed discussion to create your client-centered, results-driven program. BYKlyn trainers are at the master level. They have coached clients through physical transformations, injury recovery, skills development and building confidence. We beleive personal training doesn’t end when you leave the studio. Expect weekly workout programs, nutrition coaching and a direct line of communication for questions and guidance outside the studio.

Where do I start and what should I expect?

First timers can get our super deal:  two sessions for $200 (save $80!). During the first session, you will discuss your goals, fitness history and injuries. Our trainer will evaluate your body and your potential. Expect a workout in your first session – that’s part of the evaluation. For your second session, your trainer will take you through a challenging session designed for you. After two sessions, you will come away with a real idea of your program, your trainer’s client-centered methodologies, your potential and a real plan for progress.
