Ride in NYC’s only open-air BYK Deck — a spacious, light-filled warehouse with huge glass doors that open for fresh air and close in winter for year-round comfort.

Our Sound Off /Silent Disco headsets deliver every word with crystal-clear audio — never too loud because you control your own volume. 

Our ride style mirrors outdoor training: programmed classes with hills, intervals, and speed work, all set to excellent playlists. Track your stats on our Stages bike monitors and clip-in with shoes included for all members and package holders.

What you won’t find: leaderboards, flashing lights, shouting, or gimmicky choreography. What you will find: top-tier instructors, great music, and excellent workouts.

 

30 Bike + 30 Strength

This combo class gives you the best of both worlds: 30 minutes of cycling followed by 30 minutes of full-body functional strength training in our front studio. You’ll start with a powerful ride to get your heart pumping, then transition to strength work that builds muscle, balance, and endurance. Each class is different—sometimes it’s station-based with equipment like kettlebells, sandbags, and resistance bands, other times it’s mat work with dumbbells and bodyweight. All levels welcome. And as an added bonus for new clients, you’ll get to experience both cycling and strength training in one class! Please bring sneakers for the front studio strength workout.

PureBYK


Our signature ride: 45 minutes of pure cycling. Each class starts with a warm-up, builds with energizing drills, and finishes with a cool-down. Expect great music and expert instructors who motivate you and push you forward in every class. It’s powerful cardio—get your heart rate up, build strength and endurance, and track your progress ride to ride with our bike stats. Suitable for all levels—the workout is as intense as you make it.

BYK + Arms

Expect 40 minutes of powerful cardio cycling followed by a 5-minute arm finisher off the bike. By stepping beside the bike, you’ll be able to use more challenging weights (5–20 lbs) as you pivot, punch, lift, and rotate through dynamic moves that strengthen and sculpt your upper body.
