My class provides an incredible full body workout to an eclectic playlist. I give group and individual instruction on exercise technique along with fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle tips to carry you far beyond my class.
What’s your music vibe: My playlist blends 2000’s pop/punk rock and melodic metalcore that provides dramatic vocals, emotional choruses, and dynamic breakdowns to help propel you through an intense full body strength workout.

Favorite part about class:

Getting to know the members of BYKlyn and being able play a small role in supporting their health and fitness goals.

Join Brennen for this special class focusing on fundamental and foundational movements like squats, bench, deadlifts and more. Come to get strong, gain muscle, build confidence and learn about lifting heavy. Note: this is not a cardio class. The pace is slower and it’s all about lifting.

    Brennen is a professional powerlifter with 10+ years of lifting experience. He’s also a personal trainer (Equinox) and entrepreneur who is dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals. A Brooklynite for 8 years, vegan for 4 and a master of meal prep!
