  • Your all-in-one strength-and-cardio session. Dynamic circuits, challenging lifts, and just enough cardio bursts to leave you sweaty and smiling. Every class is powered by a killer playlist and a community vibe that keeps you moving.


  • Strength & Conditioning
  • If your goal is to improve your strength, power and athleticism, then this is your class. Expect a variety of exercises focusing on upper body, core and lower body– always fun with great music. If you take my class often (and I hope you do) you’ll see new movements with equipment like kettlebells, sandbags, resistance bands and TRX. Each class will begin with a dynamic warm up, stretching your body to be ready to move. We will end with our cool down to focus on more static stretching and recovery.

  • Sculpt & Stretch
  • Sculpt and Stretch is a dynamic fusion of strength training and deep flexibility work designed to tone your muscles while enhancing mobility. This class combines low-impact resistance and isometric exercises with restorative stretching for a balanced, full-body reset
