  • Your midweek/hump day wake-up call with Jules. Expect a high-energy mix of dynamic drills, heavy strength sets, and cardio-all set to fire playlists and feel-good vibes. Come sweat, lift, dance and start your Wednesday right!

  • Strength & Conditioning
  • If your goal is to improve your strength, power and athleticism, then this is your class. Expect a variety of exercises focusing on upper body, core and lower body– always fun with great music. If you take my class often (and I hope you do) you’ll see new movements with equipment like kettlebells, sandbags, resistance bands and TRX. Each class will begin with a dynamic warm up, stretching your body to be ready to move. We will end with our cool down to focus on more static stretching and recovery.
