What to Expect
Expect Transformation. Change is the core of this 6-week program. Expect to lose weight, get stronger, feel better, look better, sleep better and more. We can't promise you the moon, but if you follow the program, real change will happen.
Expect to be immersed. This is a comprehensive program that includes fitness, wellness, and nutrition. It requires you to be all in to get the change you want.
Expect motivation. This program is designed to get you moving with regular check-ins to chart your progress, a group who cheers you on and the entire BYKlyn team dedicated to your outcomes.
Expect to continue. This program is designed to keep this good thing going. It’s not one and done. It's about incremental change and strategies to continue are built in.

● Customized workout plans built for your goals: weight loss, build strength, improve endurance, injury recovery, etc.
● Individual nutrition planning and guidance
● One-on-one onboarding: goal discussion, In-Body scan (optional) and full movement/fitness assessment. (30 min)
● Group workouts with Coach Tee and your cohort: Tuesdays/Thursdays at 8am and Sundays at 11:30am. Come to one or all.
● Weekly In-person check in with Coach Tee
● 3 Exclusive Seminars. Topics are voted on by the cohort!
● Coach Tee communication: Weekly Educational handouts, In App Check-ins and access to her in a private chat with other 6ers.

Coach Tee brings 10+ years of experience plus an unmatched blend of expertise, creativity, and genuine care to the BYKlyn community. She’s a Certified Personal Trainer, Master Health Coach, Nutrition Expert and Group Fitness Instructor. She has worked as a lead Trainer at Pongo Power, Equinox, F-45 and has her own business as a successful personal trainer.
Coach Tee delivers a holistic approach that inspires real progress and transformation. She helps clients unlock their potential through personalized, results-driven strategies. She cuts through misinformation with concise, actionable advice, a focus on macronutrient balance and sustainable habits.
Coach Tee meets you at your level and pushes you forward: beginners at the start of their fitness journey, those recovering from injury, first time marathoners or experienced athletes aspiring to a personal best.
