Lizette is a Master Trainer with 25+ years of experience working with people of all ages. Born and raised in Brooklyn, she’s taught it all—from the early days of aerobics to indoor cycling, boot camp, and boxing. She holds multiple certifications, including Silver Sneakers/60+ fitness.
Her experience with the 60+ community includes countless success stories: clients recovering from injuries, building strength, and first-timers discovering the joy of movement. In this class, Lizette focuses on functional fitness—helping you get stronger for everyday life: bending, climbing stairs, lifting grandkids, carrying groceries, and more.
Tailored to Seniors
The class is chair-based and features a rotating mix of strength exercises using bands, weights, balls, and other equipment. Lizette offers modifications for any limitations, along with advanced options when you’re ready to progress.
But this is more than just a fitness class—it’s a community. It’s a loyal crew (ages 60–99) that gathers each week. The class often ends with a group discussion about various topics. Our 60+ crew can’t wait to welcome you into the class!
