Kristina Erikson hails from New Jersey, and has been living in New York for 17 years. She got serious about fitness about 7 years ago, as a compliment to her yoga practice and teaching. She has been teaching spin for about 2 1/2 years now. Her class is challenging, motivating and inspiring, always guiding the students towards their own personal best. One can expect muscle growth, increased lung capacity, improvements in stamina, and strengthening of the heart muscle. Get ready to sweat!!
