Declan Julien is a National Academy of Sport Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer, Mad Dogg Athletics Certified Indoor Cycling Instructor and TRX Group Fitness Instructor. Born out of a passion for health and fitness, he decided to help others achieve a better way of life through diet, exercise and proper nutrition. His goal is to make your cycling sessions as exciting and as enjoyable as possible while keeping you physically challenged. He’ll be playing just a bit outside of your comfort zone!
