Sara is a Schwinn, and Mad Dogg Certified Indoor Cycling Instructor. Sara brings her contagious vibrant energy with a lifelong career in acting and comedy. As a former dancer, you can expect energizing music and beat driven rides that pack a punch with real results. Always fierce, fresh, and fun. Life philosophy: turn adversity into an opportunity. You can look forward to a little laughter, a LOT of sweat, and to come out of class feeling like a WARRIOR.

Danielle Katz

Danielle Katz has been teaching indoor cycling for over 8 years. She is a MAD DOGG Certified Spin Instructor, SCHWINN Certified Spin Instructor, and a Boot Camp coach. Her classes are designed to take the rider through a fun filled, high energy, intense experience. "I want to be that voice in your head telling you to "push it", "go a lil faster", "don't give up", "you got this". You see I'm all about the challenge, overcoming obstacles and confronting fears. My motto is simple: "Go Hard or Go Home!" Come prepared to work, sweat, dominate that bike and leave feeling like a super hero!

Svetlana Bezinyan

I was born in Moscow but have lived in Brooklyn for most of my life. After graduating I spent most of my professional life working internationally in law, in New York and in Paris, but always sought a dynamic outlet.

When I discovered indoor cycling, especially with great instructors, it all came together - the pulsating energy of a group of riders, the beat of the music, the surge, the challenge, and everybody together balancing on that beat - it's magic. Indoor cycling provided me with extremely effective training for just about any goal for body and mind, I could find it all in that room, on that bike, in that space, and out of my head.

Realizing how much I got out of indoor cycling and how much a great coach could do for an individual, I knew I wanted to pay that forward. I aim to give riders an experience of powerful motivation and to push them to explore their edges, their weaknesses and to find their strength. I indulge my creative side in every playlist and ride sequence, all to get each rider to go harder than they think they can just by trusting their bodies and having a little too much fun.

Kat Piola

You know "THAT night"... that one epic night out when you're with a large group of your favorite people, all bets were off on where the night could go, anything could happen... and somehow the music was just right and the mood was just right, the good vibes were flowing, and you tore up that dance floor like no one was watching, sweat dripping from your face... you owned that night. "THAT night"... is my ride. I offer my riders a positive, intoxicatingly fun yet real ride experience. 45-60 min combining high intensity sprints, intervals, hill repeats, and steady climbs that will take you to your next level of fitness.

Sandy Wasserbach

Throughout her early years, Sandy excelled in basketball as a 5-time AAU Maryland State Champion and McDonald’s All-American nominee but pursued lacrosse at the Division1 level, serving as captain her senior year. She helped young woman on Long Island sharpen their lacrosse skills and go on to receive athletic scholarships while earning her MBA in Marketing and graduating cum laude from Hofstra University. Post-grad, a 6-week “volun-touring” opportunity to teach English in Cambodia turned into a 16 month adventure where she backpacked Southeast Asia and worked in Australia. Now back in New York, her certifications include Schwinn Indoor Cycling, TRX, and AFAA personal training. She is a category 4 racer for Bicycle Roots p/b Hatchmap team and a member of CRCA. Her “mind over matter” attitude is what fuels her challenging classes and invites participants to step out of their comfort zones and ultimately achieve their goals.
